Pretty sure the diarrhea and nausea is either the stomach flu or food poisoning. I don't think I'm dehydrated though. So should I call my OB what do I do? I feel like I'm bugging them on a Sunday if I call and they just tell me to rest. But if they want me to go to ER that's a different story. I'm so confused!

always double check. its there job your not bothering them.

If you think you could have the flu, then you *need* to call or head to the er. That's nothing to play with right now, especially with baby on board. You are certainly not going to be bothering anyone!

@weens_mommy, I'm feeling a lot better this morning. I haven't had anymore diarrhea and I'm able to keep food down. And the baby has been moving like crazy.
