how do I get over the fear of someone looking at my vagina

i understand, i hate them too i cry lol which is stupid because i have a million tattoos but it literally lasts a second for blood draws and honestly during the epidural you prolly won't feel it because of labor pains... they couldve chopped my leg off and i wouldn't have felt it from those labor pains til epidural kicked in

I hate needles so bad I haven't had one since I was 12 AND im 18 now

it's all part of being a mommy :) gotta put your kid before yourself and it's all to benefit them... i have to keep reminding myself that when i dont want to do certain things.

don't look at them... it's just a prick and just think what's in the needle is meant to help you. once labor pains hits youll be begging for that needle lol. plus youll have to do blood tests etc and theyll draw blood for those too. i just turn my head and hold my breath whenever a needle is involved...just remember it's all for your baby's health

there right don't be scared ma ma. I used to be terrified of needles but it's worth it and u get used to it. my first pap smear was because I was preggo n I was scared but it wasn't bad. find a doctor u feel comfortable with. try a midwife. I have a midwife and she's amazing I'm so comfortable with her.

i scared as helll of needles.but im doing it so i can have my baby in my arms that's all you gotta think about is that baby thats who your doing it for

and you'll have one doctor that you trust and maybe a nurse it won't be tons of random people.

Baby is worth it i promise, and after first few exams you'll get used to it..these ppl have seen thousands of vaginas lol they won't care about yours. Youll be fine :) and if you don't like pain just get an epidural...the needle isnt that bad and it's over really fast.
