Just explain that to her. I don't want mine in there and I think that might be a fight with my boyfriend but I am just simply not calm around her and I don't want distractions in there.

I just feel like its something for the parents of the baby to experience together @kaity0117 and I have tried telling her before and she just makes me feel bad for saying no or that I want it to be just me and my husband. @babiinunez

thats how it should be. only you too. if she doesnt understand then keep being honest and telling her

my mother in law asked if she could be in the room, I told her no I want it to be my bf and sister only. She got hurt but understood I need to be 100% comfortable, but she did come to two doctor app. just bc I would of gone alone and she didn't want that.

@macy2015, my stepmom ha as been to one appointment with my husband and I and all she did was tell me not to giive my baby a pacifier and to change doctors bc she didnt like mine (I love my doctors) and she continued to ask about any and all personal problems if ive had any so far (I was changing when she was doing this my husband informed me) and she just tries to control every aspect of my pregnancy and baby. its frustrating.

Okay yea then I'd put your foot down, she needs to know her place with this whole thing. I sat down with my in laws and told them they could be involved, but what I say goes. Its my body, my experience, don't ruin it for me. Really just tell her that enough is enough. Gotta be firm to be kind.

not rude at all.. I would just say that. I just want my husband in the room for delivery but soon as he comes out you're more then welcomed to come in the room

@sexii_diiva, I think im not going to let any family know im in labor ill just tell them when the babies is here and then they can come visit. @macy2015 I hate hurting her feelings in all ive just had enough so next time i see her ill talk with her about it and hopefully she understands.

what @sexii_diiva said. Just make it about you three baby hubby and you. And if doesn't understand how you feel then too bad! Don't let her ruin this beautiful experience for you, If her feelings get her then that's on her nor you.

@macy2015 I wouldn't even want my step mom all in my vagina anyway lol.. I'm weird about that... I'm fine with my mom because she gave birth to me lol
