just got a heating pad for my back..is it okay to put it on my belly? and if it is. for how long??.

No do not put it on your belly!!!! but your back is fine and not at a high heat more like warm

I think you can use it anywhere, I did. It's only put on one specific area so it won't raise your internal temperature and there's no radiation or anything that can harm the baby that way

Most heating pads have a safety timer these days

From my understanding heating pads are a no-go while pregnant. However they make exceptions for body pain not your stomach the heating pad changes the temperature of your body which is dangerous for the baby ask your doctor
