@thumbalina, its like a sac of liquid with a straw on it, and you push the liquid in your vagaagaa and it "cleans" it out. there bad tonhse but there very popular for after sex of period to set your PH balance back.

yes instead use summer eves vag wash! that shits like a miracle in a bottle!! i get the island splash scent its completely safe and helps ph balance tremendously
