Some baby's are more active when you have a full bladder. They wanted me to have a full bladder but they weren't getting what they wanted so they made me empty it. They say drink some with a lot of sugar on the way there. Lol

the u/s tech that did mine said works if its like half full. so if you still have an hour or so maybe go pee and then drink some water or something.

I think they make u empty ur bladder to see the baby more clear .
