I've noticed if I drink nothing but water I can usually eat anything I want just have to keep it in smaller proportions...carbs really made my blood sugar numbers high. I've completely cut out soda and that also helped me a lot @030815 hope you passed your 3 hour test that one was rough

yes! Walking also help too. But the weather here is so weird I only walk around the store when I can @030815
