&& @brittanymetzger7988 i am yes....but im trying to hold off on it as long as i can. they gave me some fetnal for the pain but it isnt helping....so im just trying to tough it out....for now.

I tried all the way up to me being 5 cm then I couldn't do it anymore lol keep up the good work jus breath n try to relax keep ur mind set on something

@brittanymetzger7988, i got it im at a 4 1/2.... but my contractions got so bad it made me sick....i couldnt take the pain.
