Anyone else's sinuses super bad?? I've had a sinus headache for four days now 😔

I already told you what to try! 😑 ur hard head won't listen to me! Lol (this is my sister everyone so I'm not being rude to her)

@mdomke22 what did you tell her to try?? Mine are awful and Benadryl makes me tired and mean so I only take it before bed haha

So we can take Tylenol sinus and nasal spray and did that this morning and I now have zero issues with it. So happy!! 😊 lol @kate_magalina

I've never done the nasal spray to be honest I'm kind of scared too hahah but it's worth a shot!
