I'd really just tell him how you're feeling, and ask him to be completely honest with him.

I try telling him that it makes me feel not good enough and stuff like that and he just tells me I am and that he loves me. but he just gets really mad every time I bring it up.

My boyfriend was like that then when he was asleep I started going thru his phone. He was talking to girls so I told him if he didn't stop I'm out and taking my baby girl. My boyfriend would get mad cause I still go thru his phone. I tell him if you wouldn't act like you doing some wrong I wouldn't have to act like a crazy girlfriend that goes thru her mans phone. Now every day hell show me who he talks to and stuff. Liking a girls picture was never a big deal to me because he's just liking it if he messages her and flirts & comments then that's where we have problems. Sorry for this being long.

I know how you feel but I was at my limits I trusted my boyfriend a lot but when I started seeing he was changing I wanted to make sure I know he was doing something wrong before I started saying things to him I felt bad for going thru his phone but when you give me a reason to wanna be sneaky then ima do it cause at the end if the day I didn't wanna be someone who wasn't gonna treat me right. Cause if a man can cheat in you when you are carrying his baby and not feel bad then he will do it to you when it's just you and him. But good luck with everything and remember no matter what you see what he did or didn't do was his chose not yours.

You are not crazy honey. This same exact thing happened to me and I found mine talking to so girl "he was friends with" he tried to confined in her and the convo changed to something else. Long story short she was blocked from his phone & social networks & & I found out I was pregnant after & he never did it again cause he was really going to lose me. It hurts when ur pregnant and feel like u have no control but u do. U just have to walk away something's and pretend to leave. Some space is sometimes necessary.
