i try to drink at night and during my sleep thats when im most thirsty. But unfortunately acid hits me so bad that coms to a point i can throw it up but i dont @babybishop2015

You get thirsty at night because you probably haven't been drinking water all day. If you drink during the day even a glass in the morning, afternoon and an hour or so before bed time that would be good. But to drink water right before laying down yes will cause acid reflux. Dehydration is the biggest cause of Braxton hicks contractions so you should try to drink more water during the day. Your babies amniotic fluid is replenished every 3-5 hours
