so I've been sick since about 2 am yesterday. everything I eat goes right through me. lastnight was better but somehow I managed to stain the sheets while sleeping. I was so embarrassed but I'm in the process of getting better. I hope none of you experience this it hurts the stomach so bad and the baby is not happy at all that I'm sick but at least I can eat now.
I'm just going to stop eating because everything I eat make me sick 😔 Hopefully I feel Better Tomorrow
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
