no as long as ur not bleeding. im almost 11 weeks and i been cramping from the beginning i was scared too. but u can always call ur doc to put ur mind at ease

it used to happen to me and then i would eventually have to go to the bathroom, drink lots of water and lay on your left side, and if yoh havent gone number two in a while take a stool softener

Drink some water and try to rest some. When ever I got hot flashes i know morning sickness was right behind it.
