I didn't want to have a child until I was married with a good career and established you know? I'm very very very happy , I'll be 18 weeks Tuesday! I can't wait to meet my mini me . ❤️ but it breaks my heart more and more everyday that I'm in this with a guy who doesn't even want to marry me . And I've come to the conclusion, that since the relationship is so unsure, yes we live together but we just don't get along, I'm going to give my baby my last name. I've thought about it for so long.. And I think I'm making the best decision.

well that decision probably will break y'all up for sure... I'm sure he wants the baby with his last name. but do you think he is gonna help out with the baby or buy the baby stuff or no?

We're together. We live together and yes he's definitely going to be there. But I'm 18! You know? All we do is fight and I don't know if we'll be together 2 months from now let alone 2 years from now. But it's not about us anymore

@themdimplestho, yes but what does that have to do with the last name. . .its still his child is he signing the birth certificate?

both of my kids have my last name frankly its a whole lot easier. my oldest sons dad hasn't helped me of seen him in 6 years (pretty much his whole life) my youngest has my last name but his father is very much in the picture & on his birth certificate you do what you think is best for your baby. it doesn't make the baby any less his if you don't. know he'll probably be mad that he doesn't have his last name but he'll get over it.

He was made when I told him, and today I said I'm sorry for the decision I've made and he told me he's over it. I just feel it will be better, for everyone. I love him to death and he knows it.
