WE CAN TAKE ALKA-SELTZER I DIDN'T KNOW THAT CAUSE MY MIL TOOK ALL MINE AWAY FROM ME IN THE BEGINNING OF MY PREGNANCY. ITS NOT ON MY CAN TAKE MEDICINE LIST I WOULD CALL MY DOCTOR HUN.
I got sick early and I was allowed to take robutussin Vicks liquid and Tylenol and nasal spray, there is a list online of safe meds

you only 9 wks so basically Tylenol and i would be careful with that. try some tea honey and lemon with a cough drop in it. girl it put me right to sleep last night and i could breathe. and my throat feeks a trillion times better
I took Alka-seltzer cough and congestion! It worked. I took it,and my cold was gone by the next day.
