girl the law is they have to give you an eviction letter and you have 30 days to get out.... have you contacted local churches and told tbem your situation about christmas they will help you out....

You have to be given a eviction written notice and you have 30 days to leave. You have rights as a renter. I hope it all works out for you and your family! I don't know where you live but there are people who can help with Christmas stuff and also who can help you with the problem at your home.
