No, I've snuck a few deli meat sandwiches when I was pregnant like two .. But my sister ate lunch meat all thru her three pregnancies and nothing happened. I would do it just to be safe but you should be fine if you have like one or two durin your pregnancy and "forget" to heat the meat lol.
Oh Ok I was just wondering because my doctor told me in the beginning of my pregnancy that if I ate deli meat it had to b heated because of listeria so I would eat potbelly because that's the only heated up sandwich I like Lol. but I was starving and hubby was starving I went to subway nd I don't really eat subway especially not heated so that's why I was askin to make sure one subway sandwich would not harm baby Lol @crystal0093

yehh they recommend you warm the meat but you don't have to

I did when I was pregnant lol. Just not the meat I ate like chicken and had it heated.
