I would ask your doctor about it but maybe try eating smaller meals? And don't drink while you eat cause it will fill you up faster, and might make the problem worse

3rd trimester you can get "morning sickness" just like in the first unfortunately

I have gotten like that too being in my 3rd trimester always feel sick when I eat mainly late at night so I always skip eating at night
