I had a cyst on my right ovary and my doctors were worries it would twist and cause me pain...if it hurts definitely call your doctor. My baby doctor actually wanted me to have surgery while pregnant to remove it but my specialist said I was ok as long as it didn't twist or get bigger.

It is on my left ovary and only hurts a little when I apply pressure. But I don't want it to get worse. My biggest fear is it rupturing and me mistaking it for a miscarriage and freaking out.

I went to the emergency room for sever abdominal pain 2 days ago and they don't know what caused it and I'm too early along to get a heart beat from the baby. But they saw it. And that's how we found out I had a cyst. They gave me no information on it. I'm really scared because my biggest fear is losing my baby. I will be devistated. @jamie_renea03

@k_ray, I don't want to give you wrong information... I never had any pain with my cyst and it was huge (20 cm or 7 1/2 inches) I never knew I had it until I was pregnant with my first baby, who was born healthy. It could've been the cyst that caused the pain but cramping is also normal early in pregnancy so is spotting but not a lot of bleeding. Maybe try Tylenol for the pain since its not too bad. Relax and keep yourself calm...stressing is hard on baby. If it still hurts tomorrow I would say call a doctor and see if you should go back to the ER. I wish the very best of luck to you.

I am calling my doctor first thing in the morning. I'm trying so hard not to stress but I can't help it. I finally have been blessed with a baby and I refuse to let anything ruin it, I refuse to lose my baby. Thank you very much for your help @jamie_renea03

Girl it's not your fault. I'm just so frustrated because I have PCOS. So getting pregnant was hard. And I'll be damned if I lose my baby. I'll be crushed. I'm praying and would very much appreciate prayers from anyone. @jamie_renea03
