I didn't know we were able to ask to be induced. I hit 40wks on the 31st and it would really be convenient to give birth that day or before for for insurance purposes. Thanks for letting me know and good luck on your induction (; happy holidays to you and your family!

I'm getting induced because I asked, once you hit 39 weeks your can ask to be induced. my husband works out of town and my family works a lot, and I asked to be induced at 40 weeks cause my husband was able to take time off and help with my two daughters. @minililly

Just curious, are you girls getting induced for medical reasons or because you asked? My due date is the 31 and I would really like to give birth before. I'm currently 38+1

No I turn 38 weeks this Saturday so if I don't get induced tuesday it will be Friday after Christmas! 😁😁😁 So excited to meet my little one. Good luck to you
