About two months ago the dr noticed I had a UTI and they put me on medicine for it, then a month later they notice I still had it. More medicine. Then one day I went to the bathroom and had blood in my urine and they said its from a uti. MORE MEDICINE! I finished this medicine but every time I go pee it hurts so bad afterwards when I go to lay down. Any other lady experience something like this?? My next prenatal appointment isn't until January 8 and I don't think I can make a sooner date.. I really hope I don't have a uti again.

I had them constantly throughout my pregnancy with my daughter and ended up in preterm labor multiple times starting at 22 weeks. if you believe you still have an infection I'd call your doctor today and tell them just to me safe

I was terrible about getting uti s when i wasn't pregnant and even worse when i was so i would only drink ice water or bottle water no sodas green tea juice nothing maybe twice a month i would get myself ginger ale orange juice but would immediately go straight back to water i wouldn't eat anything with caffeine in it . And i would buy over the counter meds for it it sucked but when i started to see blood in my urine i knew i had to do whatever it took its a pain in the butt and it sucks because i love chocolate and juice but it helped .
