Ladies if nausea gets to you a acupressure wrist band does great with keeping it away!!! I wore it all day and didn't get nauseous at all!! I know it works because if I don't have it on and start to feel really nauseous I put pressure on the spot were it stops it and my nausea immediately goes away I let go it come right back... The wrist band is totally worth the investment!
