So I had sex for the first time after birth last night. Been almost a month since the c-section. I was super ready to do it a week after birth but reading online had me scared of infection and whatever else. But I still didn't make it to the 6 week mark.
But...that shit hurt. I wouldn't think it was gonna hurt since I didn't give birth vaginally. Anyone know why?

Because of the period of time that you didn't have sex it gave your woman parts time to tighten up. meaning if you're having sex on a regular basis your vagina will stay more flexible but if you give it 4-6 weeks of no activity it'll go back to basically how it was whenever you were a virgin from what I've been told

I've heard that regardless of if you had c section on not your vaginal walls still contract and prepare for birth. It may still be sore.
