I'm high risk and my doctors said I could do it with the pump or my husband could. they told me that it releases a natural hormone that causes the uterus to contract just like when your baby nurses

I did it and it worked for me. the doctors told me to give it a try and about 3 days later after doing it a couple times a day I had my daughter. I wasn't dilated at all though so it took time

yeah I would look it up I think I seen that on the I'm expecting app so it could be wrong lol

haha I have never seen it. I've heard it give you contractions and brings in labor. I don't know anything about the baby being squished :P @alicia3_18

I dunno for sure but I heard it makes the uterus or cervex smaller? so I'd be scared it would squish the baby. I have no clue if that's possible lol.
