12 weeks pregnant today and woke up with what feels like a mix of the flu and strep throat. My throat is so sore and my head is all stuffy. I hate being sick on top of pregnant!!

should I go to the ER Stopped up nose, my ear is hurting, and my throat is swollen. I think its the begining of strep throat, and everyone is saying I can't take anything for it because I'm pregnant in the first trimester, but this will trigger asthma attacks and migraines. please leave your advice
