another great trick for headaches is to take an extra strength Tylenol with like a can of coke. the caffeine from the drink and the meds are a perfect combo. my doctor suggested me this because I was having headaches for days on end this was literally the only thing that saved me! but you gotta have the two together meds and drink like the whole can if you can. I promise it will be gone :) good luck hun!

this trick totally works! my husbanf had a concusion and it was the only thing that made him feel better other than meds which he didnt want to take. put your feet in a tub of hot water, hands too, but probably in a different tub because flexibility is a joke with a belly.... and an ice pack on the nape of your neck. it draws more blood to your extremeties and helps your head ache
