I'm very much a believer in holistic medicine. Took that approach with my fibromyalgia. Natural birth all the way lots of moving around with my wife and the baby's father in the room (maybe just my wife idk yet) no potocin no induction no medication period. I'm also looking into water birth. Wanted a midwife but state wouldn't allow it. Skin to skin contact and breastfeeding from the beginning
