I know this maybe tmi but semen softens the cervix so if he came inside you then it's normal to feel that way after sex that's probably why your feeling like this

yes your gonna feel that until it comes out our moves out of your pelvis area drink a glass of cold water or orange juice it should help a little or take a warm shower just let the water hit your Belly for a good 15 mins it should relax your muscles
