how many women have two years old and a new baby on the way how do u tell the other kid.

I do I told mine she was going to be a big sissy and then showed her my tummy and said there is a baby in here she was so excited

I told my son he was going to be a big brother that I had a baby in my tummy he took it well he's excited

I have a 2 almost 3 yr old I told him he was going to he a big brother showed him pictures and tried to explain to him....he wasn't and still is not impressed lol he is just kind of like ok whatever I'm sure he will be in shock come February

I have a 3 year old I showed her the ultrasound an my tummy then we went and got her a baby that she "takes care of" so she can learn to be gentle with the newborn

I tell my 2 year old daughter that I have a baby in my stomach and tell her to rub it and give it kisses and to be nice. Most of the time she listens but is all over me. But I feel like she'll understand more once my stomach is bigger. She'll have no choice u can't get around a watermelon belly lol

I don't have a two year old of my own but I work at a daycare as a 2-3 year old teacher! My kids love the idea of a baby in my tummy they are carefull with me and love to ask about the baby and they really like to watch me eat because they ask if the baby likes my food it's funny! I know it's different because it's not there brother or sister and I'm not the mom but it's fun to just talk to them about it.
