I'd call the doctor & see what they say they'll tell you exactly what's going on

@january10th, my braxton hicks were never this regular though :( and they usually went away with water and movement these dont go away

@january10th, theres not really any pain just really bad tightenig that lasts for a bit then goes away but is regularish

then again when the pain starts again

start timing when the pain starts stop when the pain ends
