It all comes naturally, I ripped with my first and didn't even feel it. The more you think about the more scare yourself. Just relax it let it happen.

you can take primrose oil to prevent tearing that's what ive been doing.

yes its a pill my midwife told me to start 4 a day at 35 weeks so I did I'm almost 37 now so I pray it really helps I'm also scared of tearing

I heard about the massaging, I would give that a try. I tore but I did not feel it and my epidural wore off entirely before I even started pushing, so I felt everything, the worst part is not the tear but that horrible ring of fire I think they call it when the baby crowns lol that and getting stitched up is slightly uncomfortable.

They cut me with my 1 st it didn't hurt I didn't feel anything, I would talk to your dr about doing that

I ripped with my first I had a few stitches but it's not as bad as u think. it itches bad when u heal but it doesn't hurt too bad. I had a spray to help numb it which worked like a charm (; ! but be scared it's better then a c section !
