You should wait at least another week before trying to induce yourself give the baby time to come out on its own don't kick it out yet it's not even full term. trust me I know how bad you want baby out already because I just turned 35 weeks yesterday but I wouldn't want to risk anything happening to him just cause I'm uncomfortable. & after all I waited this long for him what's a couple more weeks you know?
But sometimes trying everything there is out there doesn't even work so why risk anything bad happening? why not just wait a little while longer. or at least till next week what's one more week.
I agree, I'm 36 weeks also and believe me, I just want to be done but the baby is not ready to come out. Let your baby come out naturally, it's really the best way. It's still too early right now.
as a former nicu nurse I will tell you that the brain is fully developed at 36 weeks, however the lungs may not be strong enough at 36 weeks and they may need a few days pf oxygen... BUT if you want to jumpstart it you can look into primrose oil tablets they recommend you start at around 35 weejs
@marushka22, my doctor has told me otherwise on brain development. a babys brain at 36 weeks isnt as developed as a baby brain at 38 or 40 weeks. My friend took primrose oil & went into labor 3 days later. it works faster for some then others. waiting is whats best. many mothers dont even get a fighting chance to have a baby at 36 weeks or more. I have another friend who was told the baby wouldnt make it up to 30 weeks & here she is in pain everyday but fighting to keep baby in until 38 weeks. u should know a baby this early isnt ready to come out.

the babys brain isn't even fully developed until 38 to 39 weeks. id wait. full term is technically 37 weeks & at 35 weeks baby isnt Ready yet
