Wow I'm such a good little wifey, two slow cooked Cornish hens, glazed with an assortment of spices stuffed with half a lemon, peppers, carrots, onions, mushrooms, garlic. A nice spinach, lettuce salad, homemade mashed potatoes, and broccoli! And dessert the Southend chocolate factory! It was a really great recipe btw and only took an hour to make!
