Do any other mamas have a problem with congestion? I've had such problems pretty much this whole pregnancy. I try the saline nasal spray but it doesn't help much. I saw stuff like afrin is okay, but not use it more than 3-4 days so you don't become dependent on it. Do any of you ladies have any suggestions that have helped you?
