its ok @brittneilynn21 but i have a placenta previa fully covering my cervix. i had two babies natural and really wanted to have this one too but i have hope people have told me stories that it has moved later so 👏👏
I had placenta previa too with my first one and it went away right when I turn nine months. I didn't have to have a c-section and have a natural birth everything went well. I'll pray for you and keep your head up have hope mama. I wish the best of luck to you.
@ndesmidt, I was just looking at your posts from yesterday. you said you were allergic to the epidural, but you may still be able to avoid general anesthesia. have you looked into a "spinal" (or spinal block)? they're less harsh all around and, in my research, appear to be safer. it's a different anesthetic and is a one time injection instead of a continuous feed and goes directly into the spinal fluid. that's going to be my option if (probably when) I have to have a c-section. it is also easier to come out of post birth. you may want to look in to it if you don't want general anesthesia.
It'll be okay. I understand that feeling, because I'm afraid and it looks like I may have to have one myself. Just remember, if it's going to be what's best for baby's health and/or youra then at least you know you/ your little one will be safe and happy. My friend who is on her 3rd necessary c-section told me to think about it this way: "if you want a natural [/more natural] birth, just think what could be more natural than a mother doing what she needs to to keep her baby safe?"
