Any of you ladies actually read what's in your prenatals I have tried three before actually reading and seeing there is NO iron in them. And they say iron is very important we'll hope my baby's okay without it because this momma is five months and haven't had any iron.

Yea i had to read alot of brands before I picked the right one. Mines have iron in them. Or tell ur doc they can write u a prescription

most Gummies do not have iron in them but then again my mid wife told me the pills are way much better for you and baby so I had to throw my Gummies out

@jadasmommy93, @mommie2bee @tyshai23 @rykerpmommy damn I suck then :/ lol the gummies are the only thing that don't make me sick, so guess it's on to buying iron pills when I'm not broke

But if iron makes you sick talk to your midwife ob bc they recommend Gummies sometime. my body makes alot of iron but midwife told me that I'm not really getting everything I need with Gummies even tho it says you are but you may want to ask everyone is different:)
