I know this may sound like a silly question, but when can I start doing actual tummy time with my girls? they'll be 4 weeks sunday and I've been doing it on my chest and they're starting to hold their heads up a little so when is it safe to put them on a blanket or something soft to do it?

Thy can do tummy time now just don't do it too long maybe like five mins twice a day..
