anyone ever faint? I fainted in my kitchen and I'm not sure what I should do. i feel dizzy now

@18andpregnant, I'm 17 weeks and it's scary. I'm sure the er won't do anything. I'm gonna try to eat and see how I feel

you'll be fine, just drink more water and try to eat something. I do it all the time. last weekend on black Friday at the mall, standing in line way too long all the blood went to my feet and I have to sit down before I hit the floor. I know when its coming, my body gets super hot and I get dizzy and sweat my ass off. it doesn't hurt baby and Dr will say that too. just be careful.

yeah I heard its normal, I just hate the feeling

@shemi, also try to lay down when you feel it happening, I'm about to be 27 weeks and know its scary when it happeneds. but feel better

I do a lot and have been before I got pregnant just try drinking plenty of water and laying down when you feel hot or dizzy

Welcome to the club, just be careful of you hit your head! last time I hit the floor I got a nice concussion.. the next day it felt like someone beat me with a baseball bat

@shemi, i would always faint i would drink a sweet soda and go in front of a cooler and it would help
