well I just turned 34 weeks at midnight. I'm 3cm dilated and 50% effaced. I was checked about 5 weeks ago and was fully closed and thick. well I was contracting every 2 minutes and didn't even feel it. I was given the first steroid shot, will have the next in 24 hours. My contractions stopped after I was given medicine for them. still 3-4 cm dilated.
