it depends on the doctor some don't some do but usually 36 -38 weeks I believe that's what my doctor told me

Mine checked me at 35 only because she tested me for strep b too (which I have 😭) but I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow which she said is when they start checking for dilation, and I had my appt yesterday & I was checked.

They'll check you for it too. But it's a bacteria that is usually found in our intestines that made its way to our butt/vagina.. It's extremely common in pregnancy, it's not harmful to us, but it could be harmful to the baby, so now I have to be on antibiotics for atleast 4 hours before I deliver so my baby doesn't get sick :(

I'm sorry to hear that.. I'm sure everything will be perfectly fine! @kateferrera I just am afraid I am dilated bc I did lose my mucus plug..
