so my blood pressure spiked, and i waited 20 mins and checked again. it was still high: 144/95. not super concerning, but i still needed to let the doctor know, so i called and of course they wanted me to come in and get checked. i knew it would probably be a quick visit, i was right, my blood pressurr immediately started going down when i went in. ugh. so done with hospitals, i just need to have Hunter Dallas and go home and be good with regular doctor visits and thats it.
