yall I need help! what can I do to produce more milk?? I feel like my milk is drying up! :-(

pump in between feedings the more you pump the more you produce

But by time they finish nursing I have nothing left to pump :-( @january10th

Yeah pumping is best. The more u pump the more milk you'll produce.

@acjones186 Believe it or not, drink a beer! It helps the milk come for some reason.

Yea pumping helps a whole lot! even if you don't get milk everytime you pump it still helps. try making hot chocolate. my mom used to have me drink lots of milk & hot Chocolate & anything made with milk
