I just woke up to go pee and I felt a burning sensation like I had a deep laceration and when I wiped I saw quite a bit of blood. I wanna put some A&D on it but idk. Has anyone ever had this happen

sometimea when me and my man have sex I usually get like a little scratch or tare down there....it burns when I pee and have a little blood also. but its normal for me. it goes away in like 2 days. I don't put anything on it.
