how am I going to enjoy the rest of my pregnancy with the stupid pupp rash?! I just picked up some benedryl cream bout to take a cool shower and hope it keeps the itch away 😭😭😭 I had such a smooth pregnancy until now. Smh.
Trynna feel pretty while dealing with this pregnancy acne but it’s killing me! I hardly ever wear makeup, but in times like these I need to! 😭

& it doesn't necessarily last your whole pregnancy it could always clear up before you deliver. keep your head up be positive I hope it clears up for you

lol hmm might have to try that out! did she mix it in the water? but thx yea doctor said im Pretty early to get it so hopefully it will go away :/ @january10th

she mixed it with water & ice but I'm not sure that you wanna do the whole ice thing lol that's pretty cold. you could also try oatmeal baths aveeno has a good one

I had same thing & benadryl extra strength helped the itchiness go away.

oh my goodness i know right? i found out just the other day when i went into the doctor that the rash i had developed on my belly was pupps. it itches sooooooooo bad.
