No one really tells you how to prepare yourself to go home from the hospital without your baby. Worse feeling in the world
Awe honey, I hope everything goes well, and your baby pulls through quickly. I am also type one diabetic, sending prayers, and good vibes.
thats a bummer but definitely better that they found it right away hopefully hes able to come home Monday but he'll be home for thanksgiving :) glad to see that hes ok tho!
@yazdahboss, @ashleyrdz he's in the nicu. I'm diabetic on insulin so when they did my c section they took him to moniter him to make sure his sugar doesn't drop. that is stable but When his blood work came back his white blood cells were a bit high so as protocol they start antibiotics right away. So I couldn't have him in the room with me while I was in post partum. Over all he is good he's eating and is great. He just has to stay in until his antibiotics are done. Which maybe Monday or Tuesday. I just wasn't prepared to not have him right when I birthed him
since I had a c section I couldn't get out of bed for 24 hours so I didn't get to see him or hold him till the following morning when I could go down to nicu. But I am glad they found signs of infection now while he is here. Rather then later and it being worse for him.
Is everything ok? I hope so.. I honestly dont think any amount of preparation could ease going home without your baby. Peace be with you!
aw I'm sorry girl
