ladies!!! what should I put on my stomach to calm it down? this rash or whatever it is is itching and burning so bad! it looks like heat rash almost. I wonder if my hot showerv from yesterday morning could have caused this? ugh its gunna drive me insane at work tho...

google said aloe cream and oatmeal baths will help with the itches and ice packs for the redness
