some things change but most the same some days are hard others easy

not through the first year but things have definetly changed. there are a fair amount of unspoken rules that just tend to be understood in marraige. its tough, no lie, but i love my husband and im determined to make things work, and be with him for the rest of my life.

Lol I won't lie my first year of marriage was rough as hell. I was with my husband for 9 years before we got married but we never lived together. So we had to adjust to being around each others personalities 24/7.

It definitely feels different. But in a good way.

Yea in my case it was especially since he is miltary. My first time living with him I had to move from SC to freakin Alaska lmao.

marriage is very very very tough but with God we've made it, things changed a lot especially being ONLY best friends for 8 years then living together for marriage BUT I say this God honors marriage so He will make it alright when it seems tough

Marriage is a blessing and a lesson I wouldnt trade, it has taught me to forgive quick, love unconditionally, patience, tolerance, being slow to speak, and teamwork

marriage rocks STICK THROUGH IT, for its a mystery and two shall become one....it didn't say in the blink of an eye but yet it shall and will happen

I been with my husband for 9 years married since 2012. I love being married. I feel like marriage make us work harder on our relationship. It's not like being bf and gf you can just break up anytime. Marriage is something amazing and beautiful especially when your kids know there parents loves one another.

Lol @sexii_diiva nice question, i met my husband in 1998, we officially started dating in 2000 when I turned 18 and was leaving for college, I came back home in 2002 we were supposed to get married before the baby but she came early, we got married after she was clear and out of the hospital, in oct of 2002 I was 20, he was 22, girl everyday for the first year he wanted a divorce and I did too, I hated him and he hated me, but the sex was always fantabulous. The reason we always got into was never what he did to me or what I did to him, it was always jealous people stirring up stuff, eventually over the years we got wiser and I was baptized as a Jehovah's Witness in 2010, and I learned a lot about marriage and family and MEN, as a woman I had to learn sometimes it's not worth the feud or arguing because we can win our husbands without a word by our conduct and believe it or not men say that our friends influence us and talk to much, you'd be surprised how my men talk and how much they are influenced by their friends. Over the years things have gotten awesome not perfect cause none of us are, but I can say by most men want a meal, a clean house(don't take out the trash or clean cow webs 😳) and for you too listen and let them be them and not criticize them for there mistakes cause girlie sometimes you wanna kill em, 😂, but it's been 12yrs and prayer and meditation even though he is not a Jehovah's Witness helps with everything, but in a marriage you have to ways remember it's not you its us, we and our, being independent always I forgot that until about 6yrs ago lol, but it's a job just like the one you go to everyday and if someone sAid their marriage is always sweet tell them to prove it, but remember to always be friends and even when u think he may not wanna here about the dumb stuff that happen to you tell him cause they alwAys listen.

@mrssabby girl well thanks for the book you just wrote me 😂😂😂 but geeze y'all were so young. I couldn't imagine being that young && married I was still being a player. 😅😅😅😅😅 ... but yes my husband tells me that now its us not just your or just me. cuz I'm always trying to figure things out myself && stuff by habit but I'll learn.. && yes friends && even family are messy. The priest who married us told us your family will become enemies after marriage trying to break y'all up.. && something's I won't argue to him about. 1 thing is money people break up over that so I don't even like discussing it really.. that && step kids.. he has a daughter and I don't say Mich now but when my son is born I'll have a lot to say && I know it can get tricky showing favoritism && stuff like that so I'm a lil scared to cross that bridge

@sexii_diiva, naw you'll be fine, I used to argue about money 😂😂😂😂, but I learned when I stop he would give me my check, his check and be like do what you do lol, don't know to much about step kids but you all will be a blended family and the most important thing are the children. Before ya know it you will have a 1 yr party, 5yr party and be able to share with someone else what you learned to help them have a successful marriage😉😉😉😉😉
