Do you always lose your mucus plug? Or can you still go into labor without losing it?

nope I just had baby 3 and I never lost my mucus plug until my water broke

I think I've been slowly losing mine..but I'm not sure if that's what it is or if it's just discharge.

I've had 3 pregnancies I've only lost a mucus plug once & it was gross lol who knows with this one I guess we'll see

@mathia315, does it look like boogers?? with some blood? not a lot of blood.

Not really..it just kinda looks like a yeast infection but not as thick. It doesn't smell or anything. But sometimes it does come out in small chunks.
