Help!!!! I need ways to induce my labor....I have been dilated at 2cm for the past couple of weeks...what do I do?

my next visit is Monday and he is going to check and see if I dilated some more @waitingonnoah20
i walked home after i got mine swept, so if you do get yours swept go for a nice walk if its not too cold where you live.
ask for a membrane sweep at your next visit. if you dont to into labor before then.
when your around your due date, most likely about 39 weeks your dr might ask you if you want to have your membranes stripped and its removing the membranes from around the babies head & that usually helps jump start labor. how far along are youu?
did you get your membranes swept? i started labor pains later that day and went into labor & had my son the following day.
