the hospital told me if I soak a pad its not normal..well today I stood up and felt blood I look in…

my friends tell me you bleed a lot after delivery. she was bleeding for weeks

I never heard that bleeding a lot is bad. I know if the cloths are bigger then a egg that's bad!!! just remember you can bleed more days then others.. but to make you feel better talk to ur doc.

@mrs.oliva, @yazdahboss I bled everyday but very little and not bright red..today within 5 minutes I had a lot of blood in my pad and a pile on the floor..my hospital said if I soak a pad in less than an hour its bad..especially if its after 4 days of delivery..& its bright red..I'm 8 days after & it is.. I had a lot of bleeding in 5 minutes..I'm just so scared..I hope everything's okay..

If you feel like something is wrong go to hospital... But with all my kids I bled the first two weeks a lot then it slowed down and if you breasts feed it helps uterus contract quicker and makes blood come out more... but I hope all is well

Definitely go in if you feel something is wrong. It can't hurt to get checked hun!

what day are you postpartum? are you breastfeeding?

bleeding amounts vary from woman to woman. if I can say that to make you not afraid. this could be perfectly normal for you

he said everything looked normal.. but gave me a prescription. thank you all though!!

@yazdahboss, yeah at night until the morning I am. I know I've been overworking my body too much..I barely sleep. I'm up for 18 hours straight everyday & never even have time to eat anymore..but taking care of him comes first /:

yes I agree with you . just think plenty of fluids . specially of you are breastfeeding . and try not to move so much . bed rest is most after delivery unless you had a c section then is recommended to move so it gets better fast .

@yazdahboss, im starting to drink water more but I'm not breastfeeding. & i really try too but its hard because I'm his main caretaker..so I have to do everything for him..I had a vaginal delivery..& don't ever relax or barely sleep..but I'll try to more (:
